Nagpur Municipal Corporation’s nuisance search squad on Thursday (September 9) took action against 18 irresponsible citizens who were walking without masks and recovered a fine of Rs 9,000 each from them. In the last few months, search teams have taken action against 40,189 citizens and so far Rs. A fine of Rs. 1,84,53,500 / – has been recovered.
Although the incidence of corona in the city has decreased, the risk of infection with the corona virus has not been averted. Even now, in many places, citizens do not observe safe distances. In urban areas, it is dangerous to see unmasked citizens walking in the market. Therefore, the nuisance detection team is taking strict action against the citizens who endanger their own health, family health and the health of the society in such an irresponsible manner.
The action was taken against 3 persons under Laxminagar zone, 2 under Dharampeth zone, 6 under Hanuman Nagar zone, 3 under Dhantoli zone, 1 under Nehrunagar zone and 3 under Mangalwari zone on Thursday under the guidance of Virsen Tambe. So far Rs. 1 crore 73 lakh 59 thousand 500 has been recovered from 34719 irresponsible citizens.
In order to control the number of patients in Nagpur, the Municipal Corporation’s nuisance search team is taking action against irresponsible citizens who walk around the zone without masks every day. Wearing masks to protect citizens from corona, adhering to social distance, washing hands etc. Is being repeatedly suggested by Nagpur Municipal Corporation. The Municipal Corporation has also appealed to the intelligent and responsible citizens to protect themselves and their families by wearing masks.
Caught 40 pigs
A team from Tamil Nadu on Thursday (September 9) caught 40 pigs in the city to catch domestic and Mokat pigs. Troopers from Ashinagar zone and Mangalwari zone helped catch 40 pigs in Mankapur, Naka Ghat, Jaripatka, Barakholi and Indoura Chowk areas.
