Owner of Hyundai Creta MH40CA4911 2021 Model Expresses Frustration Over Recurring Overheating Problems
Nagpur/TheDaniPost: In a distressing turn of events, Mr. Aman Arora, the owner of a Hyundai Creta with registration number MH40CA4911, has been grappling with continuous overheating issues in his vehicle since February of this year. Despite multiple attempts to rectify the problem at Eros Hyundai service center, located on Ghat Road in Nagpur, the problem has persisted, leaving the customer thoroughly dissatisfied.
The ordeal began when Mr. Arora noticed an overheating problem in his Hyundai Creta in the month of February. Concerned about the safety and performance of his vehicle, he promptly took it to Eros Hyundai’s workshop on Ghat Road for necessary repairs. To his dismay, the car spent a whopping two months in the workshop, during which the service center’s technicians assured him that they had replaced the entire engine to resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, the relief was short-lived, as just one month after the repair, the same overheating problem resurfaced, leaving Mr. Arora astounded and disappointed. Frustrated with the recurring problem, he returned the car to Eros Hyundai for further inspection and repair. Shockingly, this time the service center identified an entirely new problem, causing the car to remain at the workshop for an additional two months.
Now, having retrieved the vehicle and brought it back home, Mr. Arora has encountered the same overheating issue merely two days after taking possession. This time, the problem has escalated to the extent that certain engine components have melted, raising serious concerns about the car’s safety and reliability.
Feeling utterly exasperated and disappointed with the persistent issues in his Hyundai Creta, Mr. Arora demands a prompt resolution to the matter. He states that he no longer wishes to retain the troubled vehicle and insists on a replacement from Hyundai Motor Company to restore his faith in the brand’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
“I have faced months of inconvenience, and I no longer have confidence in the car’s reliability. It’s imperative that Hyundai addresses this matter urgently, either by providing a replacement vehicle or taking necessary steps to ensure my car’s issues are fully resolved,” expressed Mr. Arora.
In the absence of a satisfactory resolution from the company, Mr. Arora asserts that he is left with no option but to take legal recourse. He intends to approach the consumer court to file a formal complaint against Hyundai Motor Company, seeking appropriate compensation for the inconveniences faced and the diminished value of his vehicle due to the recurring defects.
He is trying to reached out to Hyundai Motor Company and Eros Hyundai for their comments on the matter, but no response has been received at the time of reporting.
The customer’s plight highlights the significance of robust customer support and effective resolution mechanisms within the automotive industry, with consumers expecting reliable services and accountability from automobile manufacturers and their authorized service centers.
