Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will visit Manipur on June 29. He will stay there for two days and will also visit the relief camps in Imphal and Churachandpur. Along with this, he will meet the representatives of civil society.

On the other hand, Prime Minister Modi is silent – Jairam Ramesh

Earlier, senior Congress leader Jairam Ramesh had targeted the central government and alleged that on the one hand, the northeastern states are burning and on the other hand Prime Minister Modi is silent. Home Minister Amit Shah is not doing anything.

Demand to remove Biren Singh from the post of CM

Congress leader Jairam Ramesh further said that even a minute of Biren Singh’s stay as Chief Minister is a minute wasted in efforts to bring peace to Manipur and start the reconciliation process. There is no point in his being the chief minister.
